Hearing aid
 |
The response to sounds can differ considerably from person to person, especially in the initial stages of hearing-aid use. |
This response depends on the type and degree of hearing loss, eventual pathologies associated with the hearing deficit, child's age and other subjective factors.
However, children who have passed the first few weeks of adjusting to listening and who are enjoying the potential of the hearing-aids, have the same response found in children of the same age: vivacity, curiosity, wonder, aversion, boredom, etc. |
